West Virginia Radio Standardizes on Omnia A/XE
Cleveland - Jan 14, 2011 - West Virginia Radio has chosen Omnia A/XE audio processing software as the standard Internet stream processor for all 26 of its radio stations in West Virginia and Maryland.
Omnia A/XE runs in the background as a Windows service, can be managed and configured remotely with a Web browser, and can process and encode multiple streams in various formats simultaneously. The software lets users encode directly to MP3 or AAC, feed a Shoutcast-style or Windows Media Server in the MP3 format, or stream to Adobe Flash clients through a Wowza Media Server.
