Comrex Releases New Bric Remote Control
Devens, MA - April 6, 2008 - Comrex has released a new utility for its Access and Bric-Link IP audio codecs. Bric Remote Control software controls multiple Access and BRIC-Link codecs from a simple Windows-based interface. It allows creation of an address book that can be shared among a list of codecs.
According to Comrex Technical Director Tom Hartnett, "Many existing Access customers were looking for an effective way to manage multiple Access devices from a single interface for simple broadcast network applications."
The software also allows creation of unified connection profiles that can be shared among the codecs. BRIC Remote Control software is available as a free download from the Comrex website.
