Audio conference monitors
The enhancements to the MPA1-ASB and -ASC units include upgraded power amplifiers and speakers for improved clarity, as well as a master volume control that can also be used to set levels sent to an external monitoring system. The internal speakers can be independently muted. For more comprehensive integration situations, all eight stereo pairs are available on DB25 connectors using standard pin-outs. The first two stereo pairs are connected through XLR connectors for fast and simple integration for plug-and-play operation. Both units offer a front-panel balance control and user-selectable fixed or variable line output options, phase indication and a lightweight, shallow form factor, perfect for space-challenged installations. For additional metering options, the MPA1-ASB shows levels of selected inputs via a 12-segment bar graph.
