That Was Then: Mike Moore
Mike Moore has been in the radio business for 50 years. He sent us this 1960 photo from the start of his career: A half-hour "Top Tunes" show on Saturday nights for WSAT in Salisbury, NC, at age 13. In 1972, he became the news director of WLOE Rockingham County Radio, and he and his wife Annette currently operate 1490 WLOE and 1420 WMYN. Together they host the "9:00 Information Hour" on WLOE.
