Sony Adds Two HD Radio Receivers
CES, Las Vegas - Jan 6, 2008 - Sony unveiled its latest HD Radio products: the XDR-F1HD tuner and the XDR-S10HDiP HD Radio model with Ipod compatibility.
The XDR-F1HD tuner features a dot matrix LCD display to show data and a wireless remote. The tuner will be available in March for about $100.
The XDR-S10HDiP HD Radio includes an Ipod dock. The radio also includes Itunes tagging capability. The unit includes a wireless remote with full access to the Ipod player menu and to radio tuning and volume functions. The unit also charges the Ipod while it is docked and provides clock radio functionality. The XDR-S10HDiP model will be available this summer for about $180.
