Lectrosonics, Heil Sound Strike Strategic Partnership
Rio Rancho, NM, and St. Louis - Jan 3, 2008 - Wireless mic system manufacturer Lectrosonics and mic manufacturer Heil Sound entered into a strategic partnership in late November 2007 to produce a new handheld wireless microphone systems.
The first product from the combined effort is the Lectrosonics UTPR20, which combines the capsule from Heil Sound's PR20 dynamic microphone with Lectrosonics UT Series digital hybrid wireless transmitters.
The unit features 100mW RF power, 256 synthesized frequencies, and full compatibility with Lectrosonics digital hybrid wireless and analog receivers.
