FM transmitter
Encore Digital transmitters use direct digital synthesis of the FM carrier for unprecedented performance. Like the V2 line, the Encore line includes a full blown multiband DSP audio processor, slide-in power supplies, gold clamp transistor technology, Web browser remote control, alarms, triggers, logging, silence detection switching, alerts and more. Encore builds upon the V2 line with fully digital modulation, which supports Single Frequency Networks locked to GPS sync signals. The RDS encoder is fully UECP compatible, with multiple ports, allowing dynamic data services, RT+ song and title and traffic management data services. The transmitter is completely future proof through a slide-in exciter/audio bay, which enables broadcasters to upgrade the transmitter to HD Radio.
