Court Says "No" to Net Neutrality
Washington - Apr 6, 2010 - In March, the FCC released its National Broadband Plan. Many of the details in that plan are now in trouble following a ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. The Court has concluded that the FCC lacks authority to require providers to treat Internet content with an even hand.
Details on the ruling are available from the blog hosted by Radio legal columnist Harry Martin of Fletcher, Heald and Hildreth. Read that blog.
The text of the ruling is posted online as well.
