Ibiquity touts HD in Europe, NAB EPG Phase 2 report is available, CBS airs first HD4 content, the Pew Project's report sends mixed signals to U.S. digital radio and Frontier Silicon demos DAB/FM radio.
Ibiquity presented the 4th annual HD Radio Forum in Stuttgart, Germany.
The current document presents the findings of lab and field trials of a proposed radio-EPG ecosystem.
As it has done with multicast channels elsewhere, CBS has WJFK relying on out-of-market company signals to populate all of its HD channels.
On the plus side, 236 million Americans continue to use radio on a weekly basis.

There are 23 stations in The Treasure State broadcasting 26 HD Radio channels.
UK radio listeners could be looking forward to a future where DAB and analog FM radio appear seamlessly on a single radio display.
