Russian DRM to Start in 2012
Moscow - Sep 26, 2011 - The previously approved implementation of upgraded TV and radio transmission throughout Russia will start in 2012, according to Telecompaper. Russian digital radio will use the DRM system. It is estimated that 13 billion Rubles (approximately $414 million US) will be spent on the project by 2015.
