Mar 28, 2012 - Scion will make HD Radio standard in the 2013 FR-S compact sports car. The FR-S will come standard with an eight-speaker, 300W output Pioneer audio system including HD Radio. Scion previously made HD Radio a standard feature on all its 2012 audio systems for the xB, xD, tC, and iQ models. The new Scion FR-S will arrive at dealerships in spring 2012.

HD Radio is or will be available as a factory installed feature from 23 automotive brands including Audi, Bentley, BMW, Cadillac, Ford, GMC, Hyundai, Jaguar, Kia, Land Rover, Lexus, Lincoln, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Mini USA, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Scion, Subaru, Tesla, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo.
