Nautel Announces Spring Webinar Schedule
Hackett's Cove, NS - March 17, 2010 - Nautel has scheduled free webinars for March 24, March 31 and April 7, 2010. The webinars will discuss the recently approved increases in HD Radio power levels and the new VS Series transmitters.
On March 24, a Nautel webinar will be held on -10/-14dB Digital Radio Coverage Solutions. The webinar will begin at 3 p.m. EDT and will discuss the methods broadcasters can use to implement higher IBOC injection levels as well as the challenges that come with increasing digital radio power levels. The webinar will also provide an update on Nautel's HD Power Boost that uses software algorithms to attain increased IBOC injection levels, enables asymmetrical HD Radio sidebands and offers increased transmitter efficiency when transmitting in hybrid mode.
The new VS Series of low-power FM transmitters will be introduced in two webinars on March 31 (9 a.m. and 2 p.m. EDT) and in a Spanish-language webinar on April 7 (noon). These products include IP audio I/O, Livewire support, Orban Inside option, an integrated digital exciter, and USB playout engine for local playlists. VS Series transmitters offer power levels ranging from 300W to 2.5kW.
