Clear Channel, Toyota Announce iHeartradio Integration with Entune
New York - Nov 2, 2011 - Clear Channel Radio announced the integration of iHeartRadio, its free digital radio service, into Toyota's Premium HDD Navigation with Entune multimedia system in select 2012 Camry and 2012 Prius vehicles. iHeartRadio's integration will allow drivers to access Clear Channel's 800 broadcast radio and commercial-free digital-only stations from 150 cities, as well as celebrity-hosted channels, local traffic reports and commercial-free shows.
Toyota's Entune uses the driver's mobile smartphone to create an in-vehicle experience with fully integrated and upgradeable navigation, entertainment and information services. iHeartRadio will be available on select Entune-equipped vehicles. The Entune multimedia system is compatible with iPhone, Android and Blackberry mobile devices.
