Prague (July 23, 2014)—Czech Radiokomunikace will add 16 transmitters to its DAB+ test program from July 31 onward, expanding the coverage in and around Prague, according to Telecompaper.

The DAB+ test program started in March with a mux transmitter located at Prague Strahov, using channel 10D in band III (215.072 MHz). 4 stations were on the mux at the beginning of the test, and 12 are about to be added as part of the expansion of the program.

Coverage is provided to 800,000 potential listeners in Prague.
