Broadband motorized switch
The Model CS300 is designed for any VHF or UHF broadcast application from 54MHz to 862MHz. This motorized switch is a coplanar design that simplifies interconnecting transmission line requirements and allows for more compact equipment configurations with fewer expensive elbows. The switch rotation is performed by a Geneva Drive mechanism that maintains transmission system performance by ensuring a 90-degree rotation during each activation. The CS300 is available with either a 110VAac or 240Vac drive motor and control voltages of 12Vdc or 24Vdc. Manual switching is also easily achieved. If power to the drive is interrupted, the control circuit provides nonvolatile memory such that the switch either holds its position or continues its transition upon re-application of ac power.
