WUSF and Bulls Radio Partner Up
Students will now have internship and mentorship opportunities with the professionals at WUSF. In addition, Bulls Radio will now be heard on WUSF’s HD 3 channel; the station will continue to be available on 1620 AM and online.
Programming at Bulls Radio will remain in full control of the student volunteers and will continue to include an eclectic mix of music, talk radio, campus information and live broadcasts of USF sports.
“This partnership with WUSF Radio has endless benefits for us,” said Zak Kuiper, director of Bulls Radio. “It not only boosts our credibility and makes us more relevant as a university radio station on campus, but it also gives our students new access to all of the expertise at WUSF.
Bulls Radio broadcasts from facilities in the Marshall Student Center at USF. It is one of the largest student radio stations in Florida.
