San Francisco - Apr 28, 2011 - TuneIn has added the ability to pause, rewind and record live radio to its TuneIn Radio Pro Android app. The company also released a free version of its app for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. TuneIn Radio is available now in Apple's iOS App Store. Now Android and iPhone users can choose a free or a Pro edition with pause and recording.

TuneIn also unveiled the new TuneIn.com website as it transitions its online content and apps under the TuneIn brand from RadioTime (the company's former name), which will no longer exist.

The free version for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad incorporates all features from the existing Pro version except for the recording technology.

The new TuneIn Radio Pro for Android provides users with the same recording feature that was previously only available for the iPhone and iPad.

A version of TuneIn Radio Pro for Blackberry that will also include the recording functionality is scheduled to be available in early May 2011.
