Los Angeles - Dec 3, 2012 - Triton Digital will provide multiple services for Microsoft's new free streaming Xbox Music service. Xbox Music is a music service that allows users to discover, buy, and free stream music on popular devices. The service is available on Xbox 360 consoles, Windows 8 and Windows RT tablets and PCs, as well as Windows Phone 8 devices.

Triton Digital will serve audio ads within the free streaming service of Xbox Music on Windows 8 and Windows RT devices. It will also provide its MRC-accredited Webcast Metrics measurement solution and Advertising Platform including campaign management and ad insertion technology, specifically designed to help streaming music services monetize their offerings by delivering highly contextual and appropriate ads to their audience.

Triton says its advertising solutions provide music publishers like Microsoft with greater insight about the users of their streaming service, and the platforms they are using to consume their content. Each stream on Xbox Music will be enabled for targeting by geographic, demographic and other criteria and will be personalized to every listener. According to Triton, this leads to more relevant and targeted ads and superior measurement.
