Transaudio Group to Distribute Sonodyne
Las Vegas - Jan 10, 2011 - Transaudio Group will distribute Indian-made Sonodyne loudspeakers to the U.S. market. Sonodyne's initial offerings include self-powered studio nearfield monitors with 5", 6.5" and 8" woofers, as well as a subwoofer and a bass-management system.
Ashoke Mukherjee founded Sonodyne in the late 1960s. The business today employs more than 40 engineers and technicians handling research and development in two manufacturing locations (Mumbai and Kolkata).
Transaudio Group says the next wave of products will be tri-amplified near and mid-field monitors with digital inputs, DSP and analog amplifiers with a wood aluminum composite enclosure.
