Las Vegas - Dec 27, 2010 - Transaudio Group will distribute Dave Hill Designs hardware and software in the United States. Dave Hill Designs' new current product line is comprised of the Europa I, a class-A mic preamp and the RA, a TDM plug-in that emulates amplifier overload to add the luster of imperfection on digital signals.

Hill designed many of Summit Audio's early products, including the TLA-100 tube leveling amplifier, and founded Crane Song Ltd. Most recently, he was part of the design team of Avid's Heat engine for Pro Tools 9.
