Pittsburgh, PA - Dec 1, 2009 - Suzanne Teele has been named as the new president and chief operating officer of Matrix Solutions. Teele's career spans more than 20 years in software product management, strategy, marketing and development, with a focus in customer relationship management (CRM). As president and COO, she will be lead the efforts of the entire organization, including software development, technical and customer support, training, sales and marketing. Current company President D.J. Cavanaugh has become the CEO of Matrix Solutions.

Most recently, Teele was founder and managing partner of Aceda, a management consulting firm that provided interim executives for sales, marketing and business development.

Prior to forming Aceda, Teele was an executive at two software companies: Senior vice president of marketing at Serviceware (now Consona), and several roles at Legent Corporation (now CA), including general manager and senior roles in marketing, product management, mergers and acquisitions, sales training and human resources.
