Sine Systems Closes Shop
Nashville, TN - Aug 2, 2012 - In an email from Marc Pezzolla sent to customers and others in radio, he announced that Sine Systems, manufacturer of facility remote control and monitoring systems is closing its business operation. Pezzolla's letter follows.
With deep regret I must inform you that Sine Systems, Inc. will cease its normal operations as of the close of business Friday, August 3, 2012.
As most of you are aware, I have been through difficult times with Sine Systems over the past several years. I have suffered on both a personal and professional level - initially with the passing of my friend and mentor, John Pate, and more recently the death of my business partner, Susan Ford, earlier this year. As a result of these tragic events, I have been left with a situation in which it is simply not feasible for Sine Systems, Inc. to continue.
I realize that customers who have recently purchased systems from Sine Systems, Inc. may be concerned when they learn that the company is ceasing to conduct its normal business. Please know that while Sine Systems will be winding down, steps are being taken to handle warranty issues through the website and by email.
I would like to thank all of you for your support for Sine Systems, Inc. for the past 28 years. It has been a pleasure to work with you and to serve the industry in some small way. I wish you all the best.
Sine Systems, Inc.
