Louisiana has completed the implementation of the Alert FM and GSSNet systems across the state. The Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) will use the Alert FM system to send its emergency alerts, as will emergency managers from all 64 parishes and 42 colleges and universities across the state.
Finland's national broadcaster YLE and the country's National Library have upgraded to NOA Audio Solutions JobDB 3.0. YLE also installed a CD Lector system to accelerate the archiving of content on CD.
Absolute Radio, one of the UK's three Independent national radio stations, added a PreSonus StudioLive 16.0.2 digital console to its mobile setup.
Algeria's JIL FM, a channel of national broadcaster Radio Algérienne, has upgraded to the Netia Radio-Assist 8.1 digital audio software suite. JIL FM is using the company's new music scheduling module to automate playout of a blend of Algerian and international music.
