96.5 KISS FM Cleveland has launched “The Takeover,” a new feature where listeners program the music on the radio station weekdays during the 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. hours through their votes on the station's website. The creator of this technology is Listener Driven Radio (LDR), a Cleveland-based software company.
