Jay Sekulow Live, a syndicated program heard daily on more than 550 radio stations around the U.S. as well as SiriusXM, has built new studios in Nashville that were built with Axia Element, Power Station and IP-audio networking equipment.
Telos Zephyr/IP codecs have been installed at CBS Radio's WBMX-FM in Boston; Clear Channel's WCKI-FM (KC101.3) in New Haven, CT; and Univision Radio's KQLB-FM, Austin, TX.
Omnia One processors have been installed at CBS Radio's WAOK/WVEE/WZGC, Atlanta; Cumulus' KMGQ-FM, Santa Barbara, CA; and Southern California Public Radio's KPCC-FM, Los Angeles. Also, Omnia 6EX/EXi processors have been put in service at Howard University's WHUR-FM, Washington, DC; WKVI-FM, Knox, IN; and KUOW, Puget Sound Public Radio, Seattle, WA.
Axia IP-audio networks are now in service at Milennium Radio's WKXW-FM, Trenton, NJ; Boise State University's KBSU and KBSX, Boise, ID; and Border Media's KXBT, KTXX, KXXS, KZNX, KWNX, Austin, TX.
Entercom Communications has selected jacAPPS, the mobile application division of Jacobs Media, to produce apps for iPhones and iPod Touch devices for 78 of the company's 110 radio stations. Entercom's apps will begin debuting in the iTunes App Store in early May. Each will have distinct levels of customization based on the specific needs of each station.
