Emmis Communications' WKQX Chicago has purchased a Nautel NV3.5 FM transmitter to operate in the digital-only mode to enable a power increase of the HD Radio carrier injection level to -10dBc. The transmitter will be installed in the Hancock building.

Logitek has sold four Jetstream Mini IP Networking units, three Remora-10 consoles and accessory items to KLOR through systems integrator Sierra Multimedia in Bella Vista, AR. Logitek also sold a Jetstream Mini to WLCC, Top Line Broadcasting in Tampa, FL.

The vCreative Paperless Production Order system has been adopted by Signal Media of Arkansas. The staff at KKPT-FM and KABZ-FM can submit, review and track production requests from virtually any Internet-capable device through the online interface of PPO. The system also allows Signal Media Arkansas the ability to track all user actions for complete accountability, and gives the managers the option to generate quantitative reports on user actions.
