Corporate music provider DMD2 of Switzerland is using Barix Exstreamer IP audio decoders to deliver music and audio programming to newly remodeled Victorinox retail stores in Europe and Hong Kong. DMD2 delivers the program as a single stream across seven stores in Europe and five in Hong Kong. The Barix decoders replace the various mix of CD players, FM tuners and media players used at each store.
A new Studer OnAir 2500 has been commissioned by the independent broadcaster Radio Sibenik in Croatia. Radio Sibenik's programming is based on news and specialist sports, politics and culture with lots of music.
