Neutrik USA has donated several of its DL series XLR connectors to Oregon State University for the school's Formula SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) project. Formula SAE is a series of competitions open to students across the globe that features student design and development of small formula-style racecars built to rigid safety and performance specifications. Neutrik's DL series XLR connectors have been incorporated into the Motronic Engine System employed in the University's racecar design, communicating with the vehicle's engine management system.
