The Citadel Broadcasting stations in Knoxville, TN, are signed on for the Paperless Production Order system from Vcreative. PPO is already in use or being adopted at more than 60 Citadel Broadcasting radio stations. Knoxville has also joined the other Citadel markets on the Voice Pool Network, allowing them to share voices between markets for their in-house commercial production.


International Datacasting Corporation has received a contract from the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) valued at $2.8 million CDN for the continued operation of Canadian Forces Radio and Television (CFRT). The contract represents the first of two renewal options that are part of the overall contract that IDC won in December, 2008. The CFRT network delivers entertainment programming, sports and news over two TV channels (English and French) and FM radio.


The Newtek Tricaster portable live production system is being used by the Steve Harvey Morning Show to live stream video from the nationally syndicated radio program. The live stream, which airs Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. CT on www.steveharvey.com, has attracted 508,000 viewers since it debuted and continues to attract approximately 20,000 more followers each week.


Telos Nx6 and Nx12 talk show systems have been installed at KMLE Phoenix, AZ; WVIT West Hartford, CT; WAFR Tupelo, MS; and the U. S. Senate Washington, DC.


Omnia One processors are being used at Heritage Media Leitchfield, KY; KABU Saint Michael, ND; WPTW Piqua, OH; and KNUE Tyler, TX.


Axia IP-audio systems are now in use at Studio 27 Lebanon, TX; WAFR Tupelo, MS; KWVE Radio Santa Ana, CA; and Bonnadonna Media, Philadelphia.


Netia has provided archiving and automation systems to several projects in Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt and Ethiopia.

New Netia implementations include preserving audio archives and the installation of a complete radio automation system for Saudi Arabia's Radio Riyadh, as well as local archiving at Radio Jeddah and an installation in Mecca. Netia also provided systems for digitizing all radio networks in Algeria and was deeply involved in the launch of Radio Tunis Chaine Internationale in Tunisia (RTCI). Additionally, the company recently announced that it teamed with Radio Fana, a leading Ethiopian media group, on an archiving initiative that included digitizing the broadcaster's media assets and upgrading its broadcast infrastructure with Netia's Radio-Assist. In Morocco, the company provided systems key to the launch of a new radio broadcast chain.


Localeze has signed an agreement with Regent Communications to provide private branded, outsourced local search platforms to 12 Regent Communications regional local community sites using Localeze Content Reach. The recently launched local search directories for all of Regent's community sites to extend the reach that local businesses have in their communities and across the online local search ecosystem.
