Tieline Technology Makes IP Standard on G3 Codecs
Indianapolis - Feb 12, 2009 - Acknowledging the proliferation of IP throughout broadcast networks, all Tieline Technology G3 broadcast codecs will now include IP on-board as a standard feature. Tieline says the move to leading with IP instead of POTS and ISDN as it has done for years is more in line with broadcaster buying trends and the IP network infrastructure evolution.
All Tieline IP codecs retain the ability to add wireless 3G/3.5G, POTS, ISDN, X.21, satellite ISDN and IP connection capabilities, according to customer requirements.
