Tieline Report-IT Live Hits 1,000 Downloads
Indianapolis - Jan 31, 2011 - The Tieline Technology Report-IT app for iPhone has hit 1,000 downloads since the application was released. The app allows reporters and announcers to send live broadcast-quality IP audio wirelessly from any remote location to a Tieline IP codec in the studio. Report-IT Live can broadcast live and record the broadcast on the iPhone at the same time, so a copy of the live report can be kept. Audio files can be forwarded in real-time to a Tieline codec in the studio for recording, or uploaded via FTP to a news server with no codec required in the studio.
The Report-IT Live received a Radio magazine Pick Hit award at the 2010 NAB Show.
