Cypress, CA - May 7, 2012 - Clarion Corporation of America (CCA) has released a new product called Next Gate, a smartphone controller for the iPhone. Meant for in-care use, the Next Gate has a simple mounting and connection method, using a windshield mount and built-in speaker, microphone and audio output for a vehicle auxiliary jack. Additionally, it comes equipped with a Micro SD slot, blue LED buttons and indicator, and a 7" digital WVGA touch-panel LCD monitor.

Key app partners for Next Gate include TuneIn, Pandora, Vlingo, Inrix Traffic and InfoGation, with more to come. Clarion's Next Gate will be available beginning June 1, 2012 at a suggested retail price of $269.99.
