Rund Retires as Corporate CE of Findlay Publishing Company
Rund Retires as Corporate CE of Findlay Publishing Company Findlay, OH - Jul 8, 2011 - Dennis Rund joined WFIN-AM/FM in Findley, OH, in 1970. As corporate chief engineer, he oversaw engineering for WFIN/WKXA/WBUK, WMOH, WRBI and WCSI/WKKG/WINN/WWWY. Rund has also been instrumental in engineering with The Courier newspaper, including the installation of the current press in 1980.
Over the years, Rund's ingenuity and enthusiasm for making maximum use of available resources (one of his favorite phrases) has greatly benefited the company, his fellow co-workers and his family. Several of his guiding principles have been to approach problems and projects with common sense, even temperament, high ethics, a terrific sense of humor and the KISS philosophy.
