Claret, France - Dec 13, 2012 - Netia has promoted Francis Freihuber to vice president of the Netia Management Board. Freihuber has been with Netia for the past five years, serving as the company's operations director, and his new role builds on his experience developing and refining Netia client support services and on his extensive knowledge of the broadcast industry.

During his time as operations director at Netia, Freihuber simplified client support and enhanced customer satisfaction through the creation of a support team with a new hotline and ticketing procedure. He will continue to supervise the training department and oversee a team of 17 operations staff. Prior to joining Netia, Freihuber worked for France Television and its France 3 regional channel, for which he led IT for projects such as the French elections coverage and headed up the R&D department.
