Madison, WI - Dec 3, 2009 - Audio equipment distributor FDW has promoted Shawn McLoughlin to the position of sales manager. In his new role, McLoughlin will manage the daily operations of the sales group and will be responsible for the company achieving its sales objectives.

Shawn McLoughlin started with the company as a sales representative in 1998. He was promoted to sales supervisor in 2005. Along with his sales successes, McLoughlin has worked to streamline company processes and has developed new procedures that have been instrumental in increasing company efficiencies and promoting bottom line growth.

McLoughlin has also played a key role in the company's marketing activities; specifically the concept, design, execution and follow-up for trade shows.
