Pasternack Enterprises Names New Leadership
Irvine, CA - Jul 9, 2013 -Pasternack Enterprises has named Terry G. Jarnigan as chief executive officer and member of Pasternack's board of directors. Jarnigan joined Pasternack in 2010 as vice president of business development and most recently held the title of president. Prior to joining Pasternack, Jarnigan served as president and CEO of Tri-Star Electronics Intertnational.
Brian MacDonald, Pasternack's chief financial officer since 2005, has been named president. Prior to joining Pasternack, MacDonald consulted for Valeant Pharmaceuticals as the finance leader for their global lean six-sigma project and was a member of its Latin America site sales team. Prior to his assignment at Valeant, MacDonald held senior level positions at Auto-By-Tel, Long Beach Bank and Price Waterhouse.
The company's former chief executive officer, Chuck Becker, has been elected chairman of the board of Pasternack Enterprises.
