Panamax Appoints Paschke to Eastern Regional Sales Manager

Petaluma, CA - May 6, 2008 - Panamax, a provider of ac power management systems, has appointed Jimmy Paschke to the position of eastern regional sales manager. In his new role, Paschke will develop and implement strategic sales plans for Panamax's power management products, while directing channel development activity and coordinating sales distribution of territories. His territory encompasses the eastern seaboard from Maine to Florida including the southeast, mid-Atlantic, and New York metro markets, in addition to Ohio, West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, Indiana and Kentucky.

With 15 years experience in the consumer electronics industry, Paschke comes to Panamax from D&M Holdings, the parent company of Denon and Marantz. Serving as the company's sales manager, he oversaw a sales force of 63 representatives within 16 independent firms to grow existing business, while expanding the Eastern U.S. dealer base by more than 200 new dealers.

Previously, he served as the southeast region's account manager for Kaleidescape, a provider of multiroom media management systems, and as the national home products sales trainer for Sony Electronics. Paschke holds a bachelor of science degree in communication and political science from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL.

Paschke will be based in North Carolina and report to National Sales Manager Kristin Ruff. Kyle Rice, who was covering the east coast from California, will become the western regional sales manager. Paul Lemay, who was covering the west coast, will cover the central states and Canada as central regional sales manager.
