SBE RF Safety Course Webinar Scheduled for June 24

The 2014 SBE RF Safety Course, presented as a live webinar, will be held from 1 to 4:30 pm ET on June 24. This program has been updated from previous courses and provides an overview of RF radiation issues and practices for broadcasters.

The course is designed for broadcast station personnel, including chief and assistant chief engineers, transmitter site engineers, ENG and SNG maintenance personnel and management that need to have an understanding of RF safety issues and regulations. Noted RF Safety expert Richard Strickland of RF Safety Solutions serves as the instructor for the course.

The completion of any webinar from webinars by SBE qualifies for one credit, identified under Category I of the Recertification Schedule for SBE Certifications.
