SBE Plans Ennes Workshops for 2010

Indianapolis - Mar 26, 2010 - The Society of Broadcast Engineers, as part of its education initiatives through the Ennes Educational Trust, holds a series of workshops each year. Created in 1991, these workshops and seminars typically last one day. Presentations are non-commercial and focus on technology. In addition, part of the day is devoted to separate seminar tracks for radio and television topics.

The SBE has scheduled more workshops this year than any other year. Ennes Workshops will be held in the following cities in 2010:

  • Las Vegas, Nevada April 10 at the 2010 NAB Show
  • El Paso, TX - May 21, hosted by SBE Chapter 38
  • Nashville, TN - Aug. 20, hosted by SBE Chapter 103 and the Tennessee Association of Broadcasters
  • Dallas, TX - Sept. 25, hosted by SBE Chapter 67
  • San Diego, CA - Oct. 16, hosted by SBE Chapter 36
  • Worchester, MA - Nov. 10, hosted by SBE Chapter 11 in conjunction with the New England Broadcast and Cable Expo
