NABEF Announces 2011 Webinars
Washington, DC - Aug 24, 2011 - The NAB Education Foundation (NABEF) has announces its Broadcast Career Link webinar series, set to begin on Sept. 20, 2011. The webinars will provide continuing education programs and best practices for recruiters and job seekers in the broadcast industry.
Topics for recruiters include Legal Issues in Hiring, Building Your New Sales Team, Managing and Firing, and Effectively Profiling Candidates to Suit Your Management Team. The Job Seeker track features webinars on Promoting Yourself, Executive Careers in Media, and Negotiating Compensation.
Speakers include Stan McGinnis, founder and chief executive officer of Secure Signals; Laurie Kahn, president and chief executive officer of the Media Staffing Network; Barbara Bauers, a senior consultant at The Omnia Group; and David Grant, partner, Baker and Hostetler.
