iStreamMedia Acquires PacWest Media

July 9, 2014 - iStreamMedia, LLC. has acquired PacWest Media, LLC., a company specializing in Domain Sales, Dedicated Servers, and Web Hosting & Design.

PacWest Media, LLC. will be merged into iStreamMedia's services department and marketed through existing iStreamMedia brands (iStreamRadio, iStreamMusic and Radio Monkey).

“PacWest Media, LLC. will benefit our core business,” said Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Kevin Lee Pattky, Jr., “and will help iStreamMedia, LLC continue its growth as a full-service provider to Internet Broadcasters. We feel that this acquisition is beneficial to our core business because it gives iStreamMedia customers another set of affordable services and all the more reason to become part of Team iStream.”

After the acquisition, Jay Peninger will oversee the iStreamMedia Services Group, all PacWest customer support channels will remain in place. There will be no immediate impact to existing customers, although additional restructuring is expected in the future.
