DRM Consortium Preps for 2014 BES Expo

New Delhi - Dec 15, 2013 - The 2014 BES Expo will be held Jan. 14-16, 2014, at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The theme of the conference is "Future Media Ecosystem - Opportunities and Challenges for Broadcasters." Some of the topics to be discussed are:
■ Digitization -- the game changer
■ Terrestrial Broadcasting -- new concepts and competition
■ India Industry -- ready to meet the challenge
■ Disasters -- broadcast systems for information dissemination

The DRM Consortium will participate in the conference and the exhibition, where its members will make presentations/demos and display their latest equipment and systems.

The Broadcast Engineering Society (India) is a professional body that promotes the advancement and dissemination of knowledge in radio and TV broadcasting. It supports education, research and training within the broadcast engineering profession at national and international forums, cooperating with leading broadcast organizations worldwide.
