2010 Radio Show Sells All Exhibit Space
Washington, DC - Sep 16, 2010 - The organizers of the 2010 Radio Show have announced that exhibit space for the show has sold out. The event will be held in Washington, DC, Sept. 29 - Oct. 1. More than 70 exhibitors will showcase their wares and services in the exhibit area called the Marketplace.
This year's Radio Show is a joint effort of the National Association of Broadcasters and the Radio Advertising Bureau. The exhibit floor has changed from previous years. Instead of booths measuring 10' x 10' and larger, the marketplace will feature table-top displays, with most tables arranged in a box configuration.
Radio magazine observation: While the NAB and RAB are upbeat about the convention, there hasn't been a strong reaction in the radio engineering community about the revamped convention. Radio magazine has also heard grumbling from some exhibitors about the revised exhibit space layout.
