New Owner for RF Specialties of Texas
Newark, TX - Jun 7, 2010 - Dan Sessler has just purchased RF Specialties of Texas from Don Jones of Amarillo, TX, and has moved the headquarters to the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.
Sessler, who recently retired after 22 years with Harris as district sales manager - RF transmission products, has an extensive background in radio and television broadcast technology and sales. From his first radio engineering job in West Virginia, he moved into radio station ownership and then helped build the local public television station in Beckley, WV. After several positions and operating a technical service company, Sessler moved to Harris radio sales covering the Southeast United States, and later to Texas, marketing television transmission products in 13 mid and southwestern states.
After recently retiring from Harris, Sessler decided to acquire the RF Specialties franchise from Jones, who will continue to be active in the region along with long-time associate Wray Reed. RF Specialties of Texas covers stations in New Mexico, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Kansas.
Sessler can be reached at RF Specialties of Texas at 800-537-1801 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The RF Specialties Group is an alliance of independent broadcast suppliers with 17 offices throughout the United States and the Philippines.
