Netherlands Turns on New DAB+ Transmitters
Amsterdam - May 31, 2013 - Broadcast Transmitter Operator Partners have activated some of its new DAB+ multiplex transmitters in the Netherlands. Transmissions began on May 29 and 30, 2013, according to RadioVisie.eu. The channel in use is 11C (220.352MHz).
Broadcast Transmitter Operator Partners plan on having nation-wide coverage established by the first of September 2013. An extensive campaign to let consumers know about DAB+ will start in the fall.
