Nautel Schedules Summer Webinars
Hackett's Cove, NS - Jul 18, 2013 - Nautel has scheduled three summer webinars beginning next week.
On July 25 at 12 Noon Eastern Time, use of the Nautel VS300 as a transmitter exciter will be discussed. The VS300 is widely used as a main transmitter, a back-up, a translator, and in SFNs and translator/booster applications. In this webinar, host Chuck Kelly, Nautel director of sales, will detail the VS 300′s value as a transmitter exciter.
An overview of the Radio magazine Pick Hit award-winning Omnia Direct and how it can benefit stations will take place on Aug. 1 at 12 Noon Eastern Time. "The long sought after goal of a fully digital transmission chain that doesn't sacrifice loudness is finally here," says Chuck Kelly. He and and Telos Alliance CEO Frank Foti will team to explain how this new technology uses a single AES3 cable to carry the baseband signal in digital form between an Omnia 11 and Nautel NV Series transmitter.
On Sept. 4, 2013, at 12 Noon Eastern Time, Nautel and Enco will conduct a webinar on Push Radio, the ability to centrally manage content and playlists that reside in a network of remote transmitters. To learn how Push Radio can reduce operating costs, improve reliability and increase localization, join host Chuck Kelly and guest Eugene Novacek, president of Enco Systems in this 30-minute webinar.
