Nautel Recognized as Leading Company in Two Separate Awards
Hackett's Cove, NS - Nov 14, 2012 - Nautel has earned two prestigious awards: The company is one of 10 National Winners of the Canada Passion Capitalist award and has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Atlantic Canada.
On Nov. 12, 2012, Nautel became one of 10 winners of Canada's Passion Capitalists award. Presented jointly by Knightsbridge, Tory's, the Business News Network and the National Post, these awards are presented to Canadian companies that establish a values-based culture and select/cultivate people dedicated to developing that culture within the company. Winning companies, in the words of the presenters, "build strong brands anchored by their culture, which guide their strategies, the people they hire and promote, and the way they operate."
Progress Magazine recognized Nautel as one of the fastest growing companies in Atlantic Canada, describing Nautel as a company that keeps "a high degree of communications with customers" and "introduces a new technology (to customers) before they demand it." The magazine says these traits, along with a workplace that celebrates the way employees fit in culturally and their ability to develop relationships based on fairness and communication, has resulted in a company that continually pushes boundaries in the broadcast transmission market.
