NATE Hosts Webcast on Multi-Employer Worksite Liability Issues
Watertown, SD - Sep 14, 2009 - The National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE) will present a webcast focused on emerging issues in OSHA enforcement and liability in multi-employer workplaces. The event will be led by Mark Lies, NATE's legal counsel and partner at Seyfarth Shaw, and Duane MacEntee, president and chief operating officer of Stainless.
Lies and MacEntee will discuss OSHA enforcement initiatives and trends at both the national and state level, the Multi-Employer Workplace Doctrine, and how the new administration will affect liability in the tower industry. The speakers will also provide insight on how companies could face additional penalties with the new liability policies.
