Media Broadcast Continues DAB+ Network Expansion in Germany
Bonn, Germany - Jun 17, 2013 - The German transmission provider Media Broadcast continues expanding its DAB+ network across the country, according to Infosat. In April of this year, it turned on DAB+ multiplex transmitters at Chemnitz (in Sachsen); Wurzburg (in Bavaria); and at Inselsberg (in Thuringia). In June 2013 an additional multiplex was brought up in Gelnhausen (Hesse).
Further expansion of the network is planned for 2013 in Bavaria, Baden-Wurttemberg and North Rhine-Westphalia.
