Lawo Acquires Majority Shareholding in Innovason
Rastatt, Germany, and Plougoumelen, France - Apr 28, 2008 - Lawo of Germany has acquired a majority shareholding in Innovason of France. The transaction terminates the receivership period for Innovason.
Innovason manufactures digital audio snakes and all-digital, live mixing consoles. Lawo develops, designs and manufactures mixing consoles and matrix systems for radio, TV and live use.
